Universal Studio!

Time to blog. My Universal Studio Singapore a.k.a USS experience. USS is no kidding. This time is my third time there in just three years. Which means once in a year, roughly. Cz last two was a terrible experience. Story starts,

First time, which was 2010, I went with my family. We book the hotel there and we went there around 3pm? I guess? Then, we checked in and went for lunch and go around the place outside USS which is pretty stupid cz we wasted the time. Then we finally went in, we took pictures ofcz. Then, first stop is Far Far Away! The Shrek 4D. We had fun. Next stop, Waterworld. Unbelievable! We got a bit wet. Next, Jurassic Park. We were totally wet! Basically, is the whole family except me. So, we went back to the hotel to bath and stuff and come back again around 7. We decided to have our dinner first, before going for those rides. Who knows, it's all CLOSED! Everything closed at 7 except the Hollywood street there. WTH I only play 2 things and watched only 1 show?! Fine! We stay for fireworks. Done, my first experience at USS.

Second time, which was 2011, year end. This time with my two friends. I was so damn freaking excited cz I got to go with friends! Damn excited! Who knows, that morning around 5 or 6 am I felt so sick that I woke up from my sleep. Then, in the morning I got up at 9 to meet my friends cz we wanna get there as early as possible to be able to enjoy all the rides. And I didn't eat any medicine or whatever thing and I just went. I felt super terrible and sick that day! I got there, we queued up for the Madagascar. The queue was so long and I seriously feel like SHIT! After that, I'm stupid enough to go for Shrek 4D again instead of other rides first! So, I wasted 30 min to queue for it and 10 min to watch it. After I came out, I seriously can't stand, so I went to the toilet and my friends went for other rides. And I just freaaking stayed in the toilet for 30 min trying to shit or vomit to make myself better and ended up with no shit or vomit. I FELT FREAKING SICK! Then, we walked super far to Jurassic Park and it starts to rain and we bought rain coat just after we wear it for less than 10 minutes the rain stop?! And I rmb I took another one ride then I went home cz I was too sick! STUPID enough! Terrible experience.

So after 10 months, I'm back again :D And cousin got the ticket for me at $50 cz someone said their friend can't make it so sell it to us cheap when my cousin was queuing for the ticket. YAY! :))

Waiting for train at Outram.

This ball. Like a must to take a picture with/of it.
This time cleverer, start with the Hollywood side first. But too bad, there's no show at the time I arrived :(

First ride, TRANSFORMER!!!! I heard that it's awesome. And it's really AWESOME! Worth it la! The effect, the ride, EVERYTHING! It's AWESOME! Definitely safe and not scary. Even my grandma took it! Haha!

Next, yes the craziest rides there. I always wanted to go for it. First time, I don't dare. Second time, I scared I'll vomit cz I'm already so sick. Third time, I MUST GO!

So, my cousin was like DO YOU WANNA GO? Me, OFCZ LA!
The queue was pretty short. Maybe because many people are not daring enough?
So, we decided to took the blue one first, the one that turns upside down one! Seriously, I SCREAMED LIKE HELL! I SWEAR! It's so scary! :'(  The scariest part is when they go down in a super fast speed and you can feel like your heart wanna jump out liao and you wanna fly out also! SERIOUSLY! All roller coaster are almost like that right? Those who took it before you know me right?! After I took it, my cousin asked me if I wanna go again? I was like NO! But now, I feel like taking it again. Cz it's so exciting. But during the time if you ask me again I still must think thrice. Haha. This is what happen when you wanna take but you scared but you still wanna take!

Random kid playing with water. He's so cute with his red shades and red pants!
 Waterworld first for the show.
Parking lots for trolley a.k.a "kids' car". SERIOUSLY
The show. next time gonna sit at the blue zone/wet zone and enjoy the water splash! It's my second time watching the show. Luckily I don't feel bored. I think everything is the same even when the intro how make the crowds cheer and even the timing they splash the audience and make the audience splash them and in the end the audience is like totally wet cz splashed by them. The most surprising part is when they add in a GANGNAM STYLE PART! I swear I was like what?! GANGNAM STYLE! The guy danced GANGNAM STYLE! It's so funny! Okay GANGNAM-STYLE-TREND!

Next was the Jurassic Park the ride that will get wet one. First time we went to queue there was a break down, so we proceed to the Mummy first. Luckily there's a break down cz the second time we went back to queue, the queue was shorter than we expect. And this time, my grandma joined. It's fun but only the last part, the first part was pretty boring. Only got a few splash from the dinosaur :( Advice, bring extra clothes or buy rain coat. There's a machine to dry you up which cost you $5. My cousin wanna try but it's $5 and we duno how big is the wind. So there's three people next to us and we decided to watch them first. I thought the wind is gonna be like super big and got loud sounds. Who knows, it's like small wind like hair dryer like that. I was like WHAT?! $5 for small wind from that big and looking so advanced machine? You might as well walk around and fry yourself up.

Next, the MUMMY! I think we took like 30 minutes or more to queue for the less than 5 minutes ride! Inside was freaking dark. Funny thing, my cousin met his friend and his friend said it's not scary. And my cousin thought it's fine for my grandma. So, we all went and queue. When we first got in, there's a  TV showing like the creepy ride inside giving us a warning. And my cousin was like ei it looks quite scary leh and ask my grandma if she's fine with it. And my grandma was like NO PROB! And on the way of queuing we saw like notices and warning the ride will got ups and downs back and forth a bit harsh like that. And we all worrying of my grandma but she say she no prob! So, we proceed. Until our turn, the worker was like er  sorry I don't think your grandma can take this. This is too much for her. FYI, she's in her 70s. So ofcz my grandma didn't took. So, me and my cousins went for the ride. IT'S INDEED AWESOME! Seriously! Inside it's like so dark, you can barely see, and there's full of excitement! OMG I WANNA GO AGAIN! 30 min queue confirm worth it!

Last one, FAR FAR AWAY! AGAIN! Can't help cz this suits my grandma! Hahaha
So, we queue again for 20 minutes and I watched the show again for the third time. I was like oh man, I know when the water gonna splash and when there's thing gonna tickle your feet. So, I was like covering my face when I knew there's gonna be water, and lifting my leg up during the spider part. Oops, did I just revealed too much for those who didn't took before? But for those who havn't had it before please go queue for it. But not for the second time please. Not worth it.

After that, everything starts to close so we went back. Didn't got to ride all those rides. Gonna go again next time! Roller Coaster again? hmmmmm....

I hope you like my post. THE END! :D

Wednesday night

Top from Blogshopping
Shorts from ROMP
Bag from Charles and Keith
Loafers from random shop

Wednesday, me and my friends decided to go to the town to have dinner and then coffee bean. So, right after school, we took bus to Suntec City.

Camho-ed in the bus. Double decked bus is like too shiok. We can talk and laugh and play and camwho when there's not much people.

So, we went all the way to Suntec City. Well, erm Suntec City is sooooooooooo quiet for a shopping mall. I just missed the time when my parents always bring me there to play and shop at the Carefour and eat the roti prata there.

My Double Chocolate with the whipped cream. It's so yummy :D

Found a comfy seat. Four sofas and with plugs near the corner.

Me and Cat
With our Coffee Beans.
LOL-ed at Irene with her ICE WATER.
Damn love this picture. Credits to CAT. :D

Like a must to take picture in the toilet when there's a mirror especially those long ones.

After that, we walked all the way to MBS. MBS is a nice place to chill. Having nice views, cool air, nice place.

Oops I like too dark sia :(

Trying to pose differently?

 My three girls :D

Errrrrr... trying to learn from Irene, the very awkward peace sign.

 Too much pattern.
This is what will happen when nobody helps us to take a group photo and we are too shy to ask people to take for us. Too much random and useless space, on top, below, left and right.

Last picture of the night.
After chilling it's always a gam jiong time, rushing to the station to take the train just in case we missed the last train and after that needa rush again to make sure we won't miss the last bus. Walked like hell fast. And now, leg pain cz I went jogging on Tuesday and Wednesday muscle pain. Wednesday walked so hard and fast and even pain. Now, super pain. And now, I walk like so weird even when I walk down the stairs, like some sort of old people.
TGIF everyone! Have a good weekend :D

Shopping and Outfits!

Okay good that I kept my promise to blog about my outfits and shopping in Singapore. So, today will be an outfit and shopping post! EXCITED!
September was my b'day month so, I promised to buy somethings for my own b'day present. So, I was so excited to shop when I first got back to Singapore. When I got back, I think I just straight went shopping on the second day. First, I went Far East Plaza. I always love to go Blogshopping to shop on their outfits. Okay basically is the whole Far East Plaza cz Far East Plaza got lots of shop selling blogshop stuffs at blogshop price. So I damn love Far East stuffs but the price is still a bit too pricey for me, as a Malaysian some more a student cz it's always x2.5! Sometimes the price is like crazy! Besides, Far East is a good place to shop for shoes! They got CHEAP SHOES! Cheapest I saw is like $9.90?! And I damn love the Taiwanese Ji Pai there! So what I bought from Far East this month? Basically, it's a skullhead tank top, black pullover, rainbow neon knitter and a black shorts.
Rainbow Neon

Skullhead tank top. I guess it goes better with the high waist-ed shorts right? I guess so, cz it got more likes on my insta! LOL

Okay next is BUGIS! I swear! Every girl who go to Bugis will definitely gone cray cray just like me. Maybe boys too! Every thing is like $10? $12? $15? $18? $20? $22? Cheap cheap cheap! But it's BUGIS VILLAGE! Not BUGIS JUNCTION! So basically, I gave up on Blogshopping! Bugis is still the best! Cz 1 from Blogshopping = 3 from BUGIS! So why not buy more at the same price? BUT ofcz Blogshopping style is nicer lo and some more you can try. Bugis is no try! So, you must think carefully before you buy though the things are cheap. I believe you won't want to buy a thing then you bring it home, you found out that it's not comfy and it doesn't suit you and you put there, you feel so BAD! So again, what I got from there?

7 tops and 1 dress. Okay honestly, errrrrr I think I only wear before 4 of them others I still can't get the right taste perhaps? Printed tees are casual and not so bad for the cutting just that the material is like damn hot! The two tees come with the mustard long sleeves half cut top, 3 for $20! There's like no reason not to buy? But I damn love the mustard yellow top!

It looks like this! It's just CASUAL!

This is the collar sleeveless top. Sorry for no whole body cz I was too rush that day. It's fine? Should be :D
Damn love this chiffon spaghetti straps top! It's hmm good for hot weather like Singapore? Wore the outer long sleeve cz the button behind the chiffon spaghetti just drop when I was wearing it without unbutton the button cz I thought I can fit in without unbutton it but who knows, my head is too big. So great, I need to sew it back now. Luckily the button is still with me :)

Outfit to scape.
My dear friend kept on persuading me to go to a flea cz they got cheap stuffs! So, I googled it! And I found out that one of the place that has a flea is SCAPE! Every week they got flea during weekends. So, I managed to persuade my other friend to accompany me go, cz she also wanted to go. Under win win situation, we both went. Flea, it's supposed to sell like second hand stuff at cheaper price. So I expect there's stuffs around $1-$10. But it just disappoint me, it's brand new blogshop stuffs at almost blogshop price! But I still manage to get a shorts at $5. It's kinda, a bit tight but still fine for me. Still wanna get it cz it's only $5! So maybe next time, I'll choose to go for only the special events at SCAPE instead of those every week ones.

Next, a must go place which I think most of those foreigners who come to Singapore won't know place is Anchor Point. It's located at Queenstown. Anchor Point got 6 outlets which are FOX, Giordano, G2000, Pedro, Charles and Keith and Cotton On. Basically it's not that much but if you are a big fan of Cotton On and Charles and Keith, you MUST GO! Charles and Keith I think they got more discount.
The bag I got is around $39.90 it's after discount so the ori price is like $69.90? If I'm not mistaken. For a bag, it's fine to get at a higher price cz a bag you may use for quite long and you won't want your bag handle to break when you carrying it when you are walking or what. So, yea.

Next, Cotton On it's like crazy! I swear I never buy before such cheap clothes like $1 the cheapest? The best time is the time when I bought 7 outfits at $20+. That's too shiok! They got things like $2/$5/$10 and BUY 1 FREE 1 months ago! AND THAT'S CRAZY! So, me and my friends went cray cray, fitting and buying until the shop almost close. So main point is, you won't feel so bad if the $1 shirt you bought doesn't fit you right? After I know the existence of that shop, my closet is like full of cotton on things. Perhaps a blog on Cotton On Outlet store next time? And I just spotted some AWESOME stuffs there but I didn't buy cz I promise not to shop for this month. I spot like maxi dress for ONLY $10! And a tank top that drop from $10 to $5 and a damn chio chiffon long sleeve collar top at $15! Please don't go grab it cz Imma get it next month!!! Please wait for me pleasy pleaseee!
Chiffon top that suits like damn well with my jeggings. At first I thought like it's so ugly at the sleeves there but I can't don't buy it cz it's only $10 some more BUY 1 FREE 1. Okay, typical auntie type! Like BUY 1 FREE 1 must GET! Luckily it fits my jeggings which I bought also from a random pushcart at Anchor Point at $16.90. It's damn comfy and easy to go with anything! I wanna get some other colour!

So, spotted my loafer? Yes, my blue loafer from a random store at Parkway. But you still can get it at Far East Plaza.
Outfit, top from Blogshopping and my current favourite lacy-but-not-so-lacy-shorts! DAMN LOVE IT! It's from Purpur!

Basically, that's just a simple part on shopping in Singapore. So called budget shopping maybe?
Finally done blogging :D
